How it all began
With over 15 years of experience in timber floor installation, Simeon Coburn decided to establish his own business. Having worked as a qualified and fully licensed carpenter for leading Australian Timber Flooring companies like Boral and Queensland Timber Flooring, Simeon’s expertise was in high demand.
His meticulous attention to detail, craftsmanship, care, and industry knowledge caught the attention of builders and homeowners alike. They began approaching him personally for ongoing projects. In an era where quality craftsmanship is scarce, Simeon’s services continued to expand to meet the growing demand.

With a portfolio of existing clients such as Gold Coast Casino, Mick Fanning, Emerald Lakes Golf Club, North Byron Beach Resort, The Black Hide at Treasury and the La Vie Apartments The Esplanade, to name a few.. Simeon has done many first-of-their-kind floors and received multiple awards for his work, including installer for the ATFA runner-up floor of the year in 2017.
The Team
Almos is our Head of Operations and Site Supervisor. He has years of experience in the industry and takes great pride in his work. His specialty expertise makes him the best man for all our highly skilled custom workmanship. He also manages our teams and ensures our high standards are always maintained.
Jake is our Hardwood Flooring specialist and loves to do his thing on all our solid T&G floors. His role evolved naturally within the company as Jake loves working with real timber and is one of the few old-fashioned good quality craftsmen left in the industry!
